Location: Lower Oxford Township, Chester County, PA
Project Scale: Sketch plan through final land development plans

Project Overview: Contracted by Longwood Gardens for various survey requests dating back to the 1960s; newest projects include construction stake out for the Meadow Garden Trails and ADA (Americans with Disability Act) ramps; construction stake out for the Main Fountain Gardens Restoration project
Parker Preserve
Location: Pennsbury Township, Chester County, PA
Project Scale: Subdivision plans and stormwater drainage, stormwater management, and erosion and sediment control
Project Overview: 28-loot single-family housing development with initial investigation, surveying, engineering design, sketch plans, preliminary subdivision plans, final subdivision plans, building permit plans, and as-built plans

Windurra Olympic Riding Facility

Penn State University

Project Overview: Performed survey work through stake out of the column lines for the new Penn State University Delaware County campus dormitories

Mason Dixon Retracement Project
Location: Boundary line between Pennsylvania and Maryland
Project Overview: In conjunction with other surveyors licensed in PA and MD, original boundary markers were recovered, verified, and cataloged, to delineating the State Boundary Line between PA and MD
