  • Professional Civil Engineer

    Experience


    • Five to 10 years of experience in land development and subdivision projects
    • Salary is based on experience

    Education


    • At least a bachelor's degree in civil engineering
    • Licensed professional engineer in Pennsylvania


    Work Requirements


    • Excellent organizational and multi-tasking skills
    • Responsible for all facets of design of land development and subdivision projects

  • Engineer in Training

    Experience


    • Job and training experience will determine salary

    Education


    • Bachelor of science in civil engineering, EIT preferred
    • Bachelor of science in closely related field, including major coursework in civil engineering

    Work Requirements


    • Working knowledge of land development and subdivision projects
    • Ability to read and understand municipal ordinances and regulations
    • AutoCAD Civil 3D experience preferred

  • CAD Designer and Specialist

    Experience


    • Over four years of experience performing CAD drafting and design on land development and subdivision projects
    • Proficient with AutoCAD and Land Development Desktop (LDD)
    • Experience with Carlson Civil preferred but not required

    Education


    • Associate's degree or similar training/experience in drafting, civil technology, or related area of study preferred

    Work Requirements


    • Work closely with engineering team
    • Produce drawings, layouts, sketches, maps, and graphic representations related to land development and subdivision projects


  • Land Surveying Technician

    Experience


    • No prior experience required

    Education


    • High school diploma

    Work Requirements


    • Work with survey crew chief to perform boundary surveys, topographic surveys, and construction stake-outs
    • Must be able to work outside all day
    • Must be able to follow instructions
    • Must be willing to learn
    • Must have a valid driver's license and acceptable driving record
    • Drug testing required for some job sites
