Chester R. Diem, III

PLS, President

Chester is a second-generation surveyor who has been with us since 1981. He is a registered professional land surveyor in Pennsylvania and oversees all employees and projects to ensure that every customer receives quality results.


Jeffrey A. Diem

Vice President

As an experienced, second-generation surveyor, Jeff started as a field surveyor in 1988 and climbed the ladder to become Vice President of Regester Associates, Inc. Jeff is also the office supervisor and lead estimator with our company.


James E. Fritsch

PE

Since 2002, Jim has been responsible for overseeing the entire engineering department at Regester Associates, Inc. Jim is a registered professional engineer in the state of Pennsylvania and currently holds the township engineer position at Newlin Township.


Jesse Condon

PE, Civil Design Engineer

As a talented and dedicated registered professional engineer, Jesse is responsible for the design of a wide variety of residential and commercial development projects. He has ample experience with all types of civil design engineering for our team.


Matthew R. Drumheller

Head of Survey Operations

With a bachelor of science degree in surveying from the Pennsylvania State University, Matt is a professionally licensed land surveyor in Pennsylvania and Delaware. He is responsible for scheduling and daily operations in our field surveying department.


John M. Calvin

PLS

At Regester Associates, Inc., John deals with the preparation of boundary, title, control, topographic, and as-built surveys. He also handles our evidence collection, review and analysis, ordinance review, and subdivision design for the best results.


Brian Masterson

Project Manager

Since 2004, Brian has managed the preparation of subdivision, land development, and lot add-on plans. He also coordinates all required field work including soils testing for sewage facilities and stormwater management for our Lancaster County office.


Jonathan P. Raimondo

EIT

As a licensed engineer in training, Jon is equipped to handle a wide variety of engineering design projects from building and pool permits to residential and commercial land development projects.
