A second generation surveyor who has been with Regester Associates, Inc. since 1981. Chester is a registered Professional Land Surveyor in the State of Pennsylvania and oversees all employees and projects to ensure the client receives a quality product.
Jeffrey A. Diem
Vice President
As a second-generation surveyor, Jeffrey started as a field surveyor in 1988 and climbed the ladder to become the Vice President of Regester Associates, Inc. Jeff is also the office supervisor and lead estimator.
James E. Fritsch
P.E.
Since 2002, Jim has been responsible for overseeing the entire Engineering Department at Regester Associates. Jim is a Registered Professional Engineer in the state of Pennsylvania and currently holds the township engineer position at Newlin Township.
Jesse Condon
P.E., Civil Design Engineer
As a Registered Professional Engineer, Jesse is responsible for the design of a wide variety of residential and commercial development projects.
Matthew R. Drumheller
P.L.S. Crew Chief
With a Bachelor’s of Science degree in surveying from the Pennsylvania State University and being professionally licensed as a land surveyor in Pennsylvania and Delaware, Matt is responsible for the scheduling and day to day operations of our field surveying department.
John M. Colvin
P.L.S.
At Regester, John deals with the preparation of boundary, title, control, topographic and as-built surveys as well as evidence collection, review and analysis, ordinance review, and subdivision design.
Brian Masterson
Project Manager
Brian has been with Regester Associates since 2004, and he manages the preparation of subdivision, land development and lot add-on plans as well as coordinates all required field work including soils testing for sewage facilities and storm water management for our Quarryville office.
